Matt Gaetz taunts Kevin McCarthy in the 2024 RNC He is then referred to from Wisconsin’s Rep. Derrick Van Orden as a “little (b —-)’

The Republicans in 2024 RNC have been working hard to promote the idea of unity. Matt Gaetz didn’t get the message.

The Republicans at the 2024 Republican National Convention have been trying to spread the theme of unity this week.

Matt Gaetz apparently hasn’t received the message.

The Florida congressman who is one of the presenters at day 3 at the Milwaukee convention Milwaukee was hoping to fight Tuesday night with his foe, former U.S. House Speaker Kevin McCarthy.

Gaetz, who led the fight to remove McCarthy from his post last year Gaetz, who was the leader in the effort to remove McCarthy from his position last year, went McCarthy on the stage of the convention at Fiserv Forum and taunted him about not being offered an opportunity to speak.

“You would get booed off the stage,” Gaetz said to his fellow California Republican.

McCarthy whom she was interviewing at that time probably did not have time to watch Gaetz’s antics.

However, a person in the vicinity witnessed the scene and wanted to replace Gaetz in Gaetz’s place.

“Shut up, Gaetz,” Gaetz said. “Don’t be an ass —-.”

Gaetz evidently wanted to give it away, but didn’t want to be criticized in the wake of what transpired.

“Dude, I don’t even know who you are,” Gaetz replied while they stared at one opposites nearly face to face.

“It doesn’t matter, you shouldn’t be a scumbag,” —-,” this man repeated.

Gaetz walked away.

He said to The Hill that McCarthy “was declaring something that was false and scathing regarding me” to CNN. This is, in fact, the floor of a convention. I thought it’d be fine to have a small gathering.”

Gaetz is scheduled to be one of speaking first at RNC Wednesday night, between 6 to 6:30 p.m.

The exchange with Gaetz and McCarthy was the subject of attention from the Wisconsin’s U.S. Rep. Derrick Van Orden and is attracting attention during the RNC.

Van Orden, who is present at the convention, but does not speak, accused an anti-war protester of assault in an incident in the city center of Milwaukee.

Van Orden didn’t mention Gaetz with a name during a X (formerly Twitter) post however it’s evident that he’s referring to Gaetz when he refers to him as”a “little (expletive).”

It’s not the most unifying.
