Simone Biles“Mother” revealed on Friday she will Simone is planning to not attend the ceremony’s floating Parade of Nations to rest prepared for her upcoming competitions. However she also said she was confident that Simone is doing very well.
“The first competition is Sunday, which is woman’s qualifier, and of course she needs to rest up before that competition,” Simone’s mother Nellie Biles spoke with NBC News’ Hoda Kotb on the live broadcast of the event.
“She is doing well. I talked to her today and she’s doing great. “
Nellie Biles said Simone is happy that her family and friends of 17 will cheer her on as she travels into Paris.

July 28 Qualifications team: Simone Biles will start her contest on the 28th of July which is a Sunday for the team events, which start around 4:00 a.m. EDT. The first event will be telecast on Peacock and later events the the morning until NBC New York. This competition will continue the next evening, with the event starting at Primetime on NBC.
31 July Women’s team final The final for the women’s team begins at 12:30 p.m. at the end of 30th of July on Tuesday. It will be broadcast by NBC and streamed to any device through Peacock.
August. 1 1. Women’s all-around championship women’s all-around championship begins at 12:00 p.m. one day prior to on Thursday, August. 1.
August. 3, Final of the vault for women. women’s vault final will start at around 10:30 a.m. the next day on Aug. 3. NBC together with Peacock.
Aug. 4. Women’s uneven bars final women’s uneven bar finals will begin at 9:15 a.m. on August 4 at NBC alongside Peacock.
Aug. 5-5, women’s Balance beam finals balance beam competition will begin at 6:30 a.m. beginning on the first Monday of August. 5.
Aug. 5. Finals for women’s floor workouts Final floor workout will start at 8.20 a.m. the early morning of Monday, August. 5.
Simone’s involvement in the finals will be contingent on her being able to make her way to the top. Simone is likely to not participate in every event.
