A vital update on Concord
Concord fans – we’ve been paying attention to your comments since the release of Concord on PlayStation 5 and PC and would like to thank all those who have joined in the adventure on the Northstar.
Concord fans — we’ve been listening closely to your feedback since the launch of Concord on PlayStation 5 and PC and want to thank everyone who has joined the journey aboard the Northstar. Your support and the passionate community that has grown around the game has meant the world to us.
Although many of the aspects that the experience exhibited were well-received by players, we are also aware that other elements of the game as well as the launch itself didn’t go as we’d hoped. So, at the moment we’ve taken the decision to shut down the game off-line starting the 6th of September, 2024 and to explore alternatives which will more effectively reach our players.
When we have determined the most effective route to take, Concord sales will cease immediately, and we will then start offering a full refund to all players who purchased the game on PS5 and PC. If you bought the game on PlayStation 5 from the PlayStation Store or PlayStation Direct, a refund will be issued to the payment method you used originally.
Customers who bought from other storefronts on the internet are also refunded. Additional information on refunds offered by Steam and Epic is available below:
Steam Store Steam Store Steam Store will refund players who purchased the game within the next few days. Steam will notify you of the refund after it has been processed.
Epic Games Store Epic Games Store Epic Games Store will refund customers who purchased the game in the next days. We will also contact the customer immediately to ensure that refund was made.
Refunds from other retailers for customers who bought an actual copy of the game from a retailer other than PlayStation directly Please look up the refund procedure from the retailer you purchased it from for your refund.
After being refunded players won’t be able to play the game.

Refunds for PlayStation Store and PlayStation Direct purchases could take up to 30-60 days before appearing on the bank statements of your customers. If the original payment method was not available then the purchase amount will be returned into the account in your PSN wallet.
