Morgan Wallen reschedules Tampa concert citing sickness

TAMPA, Fla. — Country musician Morgan Wallen’s show scheduled for Friday evening at Tampa was changed to October. 4. Wallen declaring illness as the reason.
In a blog post in a post on X, Wallen said he “powered through being sick” to perform at the Thursday night show in Raymond James Stadium.
In addition to the delay of his second Tampa concert, the Wallen’s shows scheduled for the week following in Charlotte were also delayed until October in order to allow him time to heal.
In addition, Jelly Roll, who was also one of the performers scheduled to perform, announced on his Instagram that he’ll be performing on Friday on The Dallas Bull near U.S. 302. The show is open to any ticket holder and it’s first-come-first-served until the venue is full.
