Simone Biles seemingly shades former teammate MyKayla Skinner following her win of a the gold medal in 2024’s Paris Olympics
Biles who became the most famous athletics player in US history after winning on Tuesday Biles, reportedly clapped in a similar way to her ex-teammate in a witty posting on Facebook.

Simone Biles had some choice words for her critics in her celebratory social media post after Team USA’s women’s gymnastics team emerged victorious and claimed gold at the 2024 Paris Olympics.
Biles who was the most famous athletics player in US history after winning on Tuesday Biles, appeared to clapped in a backwards way at his former coach MyKayla Skinner in response to her negative remarks about the team’s “work ethics.”
“Lack of talent, lazy, Olympic champions “Lack of talent, lazy, olympic champions,” the 27-year-old athlete wrote in her Instagram post following the victory.
In the picture, Biles can be seen smiling alongside her teammates Suni Lee, Hezly Rivera, Jade Carey and Jordan Chiles after topping the scoreboard.
Biles’ witty caption appeared to mock Skinner’s earlier harsh comments regarding the Olympic team.
“Besides Simone, I feel that the ability and quality of her work isn’t what it was. You should take note that it’s obvious that many girls aren’t as productive. They do not have the drive,” Skinner said in an unremoved YouTube video that has been viral on the X.
The former gymnast who retired following her win of the silver medal on the vault during the Tokyo Olympics in 2020, then retracted her comments after a major criticism.
“It wasn’t my goal to hurt or discredit any athlete or discredit their dedication,” Skinner posted on Instagram July 6. “Your perseverance and commitment has paid off, and I wish you all the best for each person.”
Skinner as well as Biles both played for USA during 2014. World Championships.
The success of Tuesday was a huge success for Biles. Biles take the American team to its third all-around gold medal in the last four Olympics.
The US team swept Italy and Brazil which took home silver and bronze medals respectively.
The gold medal came as an uplifting return to form after a disappointing performance just four years earlier in Tokyo. It was also Biles his fifth career Olympic gold medal, alongside a silver medal and two bronze medals.
The eight Olympic medals are among the highest of any American gymnast. One higher that Shannon Miller, who won in 1992 and 1996.
2024 PARIS OLYMPICS
The 2024 Paris Olympics are her third, as she also was a member of the gold-medal squad in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, in 2016.
Biles is now preparing for the individual all-around finals. The event kicks off on August. 1.
She’ll have the chance to collect as many as four medals when she competes alongside other athletes, including co-teammate Suni Lee. She won silver in Tokyo.
Biles earlier spoke of his 2024 Olympics as the “redemption tour” for the US women’s team following the time they took silver in Tokyo in 2021.
